Jenny and I watched Juno on Monday night. I figured I was safe from the promptings that would soon encroach my brain to have a baby in highschool out of wedlock, seeing as how I'm a married college graduate with two kids of my own. I'd only heard good things about it and, since it was nominated for an Academy Award (registered trademark of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (I don't want any legal hassles)), I thought we should give it a whirl.
Overall, I was impressed. It had extremely funny moments, tear-jerking moments, and a lot of good lines. Although I don't think anyone really talks like Juno in real life, her dialogue was funny. My favorite line was when she was going into labor and yelled "Thundercats, GO!!" I laughed good and hard at that one. Fun little flick, kind of a Napoleon Dynamite with edge and some redeeming value, not to mention a plot.

The step mother is my favorite character in the movie. Her sarcasm is priceless.
