Happy Moments

Boston use to get so excited when he saw the Temple, so when the Draper Temple open house was getting close, we got excited to take Boston. We had thought that we would leave Jae home and just take Boston, but I was so glad that we didn't. I had such an amazing time. I love the Temple, I love that I am sealed to my family forever. So the minute that we got to the Church and sat down to watch the info movie, I got a little teary eyed. I knew that I was in for it. We started to walk through the Temple, there wasn't a lot of people there and so we really got to take our time and stop and talk to Boston about things. When you get to the Celestrial Room you get to go in and sit down and talk about being sealed to your family. I had Boston on my lap, and explained to him that because Ben and I got Sealed in the Temple, that we got to be a family forever. Boston was just looking at me and then reached over and gave me a hug. I got all weepy again because it was like he was saying "Thanks mom".
So that is a long story just for that special moment, that I will never forget. It was so special to have my family in the Temple together. I recommend everyone go.

I just love spending time together, so I was excited to take Boston skiing again on Sat. He is doing so well. He cryed of course when it was time to go. Thanks to Adam and Matt for taking him home, so Ben and I could ski together for a little while. Thanks to Craig for taking us. We had such a fun week-end.

how fun! I want to go to that open house so bad. I heard it has been really busy, but maybe we just need to choose a good day!

that was such a sweet story! a lot of our family/friends have been able to go to the draper open temple & it made me wish we lived closer. i think another one is being built here in AZ though so we will have to go & take caleb.
