My motivation for running is to run the St. George marathon in October so I'm using a training schedule for that. But it a great program that helps you slowly build up to the higher miles. Check out the mileage buildup schedule on marathontraining.com, or I really like everything on runnersworld.com. I'm not going to lie, 7 miles has been my longest and it about killed me but it's nice to be able to do it. Good luck!
Hey are you guys doing the breast cancer walk? I was thinking about making the kids shirts for it. and maybe a sweatshirt for me. let me know if you want one or not k!!!
