My Birthday Week-end
I was really excited for my birthday this year because I finally feel like I am old enough to have two kids. Most the time I feel like I am 21. Ben said that we could go skiing or go shopping, so I decided on shopping, just because I had my eye on a pair of shoes, and was excited to have Ben buy them for me. We went to dinner on Friday night, we took Erik along because Craig and Keri were out of town. It was so good, I love Barbecue. Then we headed to the mall, and then to target. I love just wandering around and seeing whats new and exciting. I'm really into the "hat thing" recently and found a few cute ones at the mall. I got my shoes that I have been wanting to. On Saturday we headed to the outlets in Park City, and found Boston some new ski pants at the Columbia outlet. I truly recommend it, if you haven't been there already. We headed home to meet up with some friends. Lincoln was a personal trainer and Ben set it up to have him show me some work out tips. (something else I have been wanting) after a work out at the gym and some yummy Crown burger, we went to the Gateway. It was pretty much the best birthday week-end. I got everything I wanted and spend a good portion of the week-end shopping, and Ben didn't complain once, thanks Babe. I cant believe that I am so close to 30. I still don't feel that old, maybe 25.

wow sounds like a fantastic weekend! the best part? having a husband NOT complain while shopping. i think i will ask for that for my birthday every year.
Ben, I'm going to need to talk to you and get pointers on how you could muscle your way through that much shopping. Sounds like you made her pretty happy. Never have I heard,"I got everything I wanted."
happy birthday! Nothing better than shopping all day!
