I realized I was really behind the times when, as I was reading through my brother's blog, I noticed a question posed in the comments for one of his posts. He had mentioned that Jenny and I had our second baby the week prior, and the commenter asked: "Does Ben have a blog?" Yes, we have no blog. Although I had made a few entries on our extended family blog site, theoakstree.com, I did not have a blog of my very own.
I wondered, had we reached this point in our progression as a civilization that having a blog was a common enough thing that one would pose the question: Does he/she have a blog? Was it as common as, say, having a cell phone? An Ipod? Opposable thumbs? For the record, I still don't have an Ipod.
Well, now I can proudly answer the question "No, we do have a blog!"
